The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.

Guests must check in by 19:30 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time maybe served dinner, and no refund will be given. Please also note that guests without a dinner-inclusive plan cannot eat dinner at the restaurant.

Children’s dinner menu is available upon request. Reservations must be made 7 days prior to the check-in date.

To use the propertys free shuttle from NHK Sapporo Branch, please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance (subject to availability). The shuttle departs at 15:00.

The shuttle from the property to Sapporo departs at 10:00.
